Instant Foreplay Arousal

You can turn a woman on in five minutes or less! No more “fooling around” forever before she’s ready and you’re bored or exhausted. This amazingly simple arousal technique was developed in sex research labs but hasn’t been publicized. The instant arousal method can trigger, in minutes, a state of extreme sexual excitement that might have taken hours before. And it keeps working, even after years of being together.

"I approached your instant arousal technique with some skepticism, particularly because my wife seemed quite desensitized after menopause. However, to both our amazement, she responded passionately and got very lubricated."

"The foreplay arousal technique worked great the very first time I tried it and got more powerful each time after that."

MASTER TECHNIQUE #2: THE CLITORAL CARESS

It may seem physically tiny and insignificant, but the clitoris is an amazing organ that's super-rich in nerve endings. It's not even really tiny. It extends about four inches under the visible surface. And it's truly the key (which is what it means in Greek) to woman's sexuality.

If the clitoris is properly primed, it can send a woman off on the wildest sexual ride imaginable.

Before you can become master of the clitoris, there are some important facts you need to know about female physiology. . .

It's only natural to assume that our partner feels the same way we do — that what is stimulating to us is stimulating to our partner. Unfortunately, it doesn't work quite that way with men and women.

As alike as male and female sexual physiology are in so many ways, they're also different in just about as many ways. Probably the biggest mistake men make is to confuse women's sexual responses with their own. When a man gets excited, he's ready for action. He immediately wants his penis grabbed. So he assumes his partner feels the same. As soon as she shows any kind of response, he goes for her crotch.

Unfortunately, this is the absolute worst thing you can do (and almost all men do it!). The clitoris is well hidden for a reason: it's an extremely sensitive instrument. Play it right and it will reward you with ecstatic responses. Play it roughly and it will shrivel up and hide.

When the clitoris is ready for direct contact it will come out of its hiding place and swell to several times its normal size, making itself easy to find and, because well-lubricated, easy to stroke.

You should never approach it until it's ready. In fact, premature clitoral contact is a major cause of female performance anxiety. If you try to stimulate the clitoris too soon, your partner will experience your touch as irritating, if not downright painful.

This is another reason why the Instant Foreplay Arousal technique is so effective. Although it seems very indirect, it is in fact a very direct route to clitoral stimulation. Women's bodies are integrated in a deeply physiological sense, much more than men's. The right touch on the skin of any part of a woman's body seems to have a direct connection to her clitoris, whereas a man's penis often seems as if it's an object separate from the rest of him. Ask just about any sexually healthy woman and she'll probably be able to tell you a story about how she was once brought almost to orgasm by someone just stroking the inside of her elbow or the small of her back.
