The Prostate and Sexual Problems
Ask most urologists about a connection between your prostate and sexual
functioning—including the ability to have an erection—and they’ll tell you
there is none. Except that when it’s removed, they acknoweldge, you “may”
become impotent, as the majority of prostatectomy patients do.
However, apart from prostatectomy and the extremes of other cancer
treatments, there is a connection. But prostatitis—especially chronic
prostatitis—can be present without manifesting any particularly noticeable
symptoms. And in its hidden presence, your sexual functioning can be
adversely affected without your ever knowing why.
An inflamed or infected prostate can affect the urethra, irritating it and
heightening its sensitivity. During sexual activity, the heightened
sensitivity of the irritated urethra can make ejaculation control virtually
impossible. If, through great effort, you manage not to ejaculate
prematurely, arousal often diminishes to the point where the erection is
lost. So you resume sex play and start intercourse again, only to quickly
reach the same uncontrollable point—much to the disappointment of both you
and your partner.
Not realizing the prostate involvement in this scenario, many men (and
their partners) write it off as the “aging process”. And repeated
manifestations of this “aging process” are often enough to discourage
further attempts to have sex, either through embarrassment or the sexual
frustration of the couple.
So millions of men, because of an eminently reversible prostate problem of
which they’re unaware, submit to the myth that they are “too old” to have
sex and resign themselves to a future of sexual abstinence and joylessness.
This makes the problem even worse because, as we’ve said, one the the best
prostate preservers is frequent orgasm!
Whatever your age, if you are experiencing any changes in your ability to
control your ejaculation—which every healthy male of any age should be able
to control with minimal effort—or to maintain an erection during sex, have
your prostate checked for enlargement and/or prostatitis even if you have no
other symptoms. Your “sexual” problem could be a prostate problem you are
simply unaware of!

From THE PROSTATE "ESTABLISHMENT" VS. THE "ANTI-ESTABLISHMENT"
The prostate. It's a hot topic nowadays. Like the weather, everybody talks
about it but nobody seems to know what to do about it.
The medical establishment is gung-ho for "early detection" of prostate
cancer. But even if they detect it, they really have no clue what to do
after that. To treat or not to treat? How to treat? When to treat?
Then there are other prostate problems that afflict American men in epidemic
proportions. Enlarged prostate. Infected prostate. And once again, there is
massive disagreement. All that's known for certain is that American men,
once they pass forty, can expect to have enlarged prostates and a steadily
increasing risk of prostate cancer until, by age ninety, virtually every
male has prostate cancer.
. . . .
Now here's another question: If prostate cancer is so common and so
devastating, why aren't the DOCTORS telling you how to prevent it? Why do
you need to turn to an anti-establishment guide such as this one to find out
the truth? The answer is so simple I can give it to you in one word: PROFIT.
There's gold in them thar ills!
For the medical and pharmaceutical industries, there's profit in sickness,
not in health. It's that simple.
. . . .
Adding insult to injury, the medical establishment tells you that prostate
enlargement and cancer are a "normal" part of the aging process that every
man just needs to learn to deal with. Well — bulletin — swollen, infected,
and cancerous organs are NOT normal; they're ABnormal. If such maladies are
now considered the "norm", there is something seriously wrong with our
health-care and self-care systems which needs to be set right immediately!
An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure
The fact is, a great deal IS known about causes and prevention of prostate
disease. Unfortunately, it's not necessarily doctors who know it. They are
not entirely to blame for this. In this age of super-specialization, doctors
are mostly trained in their own field. They have to be. There's just too
much medical information for any one man to master. Radiologists know
radiology, urologists know urology, oncologists know oncology. And what they
know is allopathic — Western — medicine, which mostly involves chemicals and
surgery to fight already-existing disease. Ask just about any doctor what to
do for just about any condition and he'll give you a pharmaceutical brand
name. Rarely if ever will he tell you about natural substances that will
strengthen your immune system and let it fight the disease (even though the
immune system is the ultimate and only disease-fighter!). Even more rarely
will he tell you how to prevent the condition in the first place.
One big reason your doctor doesn't tell you, profit motive aside, is he
doesn't know. The drug companies are smart: they know your doctor is too
busy to learn the vast array of information out there. So they give him
selective knowledge (Read: what they want him to know): they send around
detail men to propagandize him about their latest drug, besiege him with
tons of advertising, give him free samples of their most expensive
prescription chemicals ($7.2 billion worth of free samples last year, or
four times their consumer advertising budget!), and even reward him with
prizes and vacations for using their products. And no wonder: they mark up
those drugs 70-80%!
The result is that both your doctor's training and the entire system of
for-profit medicine encourage him to remain ignorant of the truly miraculous
breakthroughs in natural prevention and healing that you're about to learn.
